Where can I find makeup tutorials for Adobe Photoshop CS4? And how do u edit a photo? Edit Sites CS4? And an idea of how to "modify" a photo?
A couple of places to look: PSD TUTS http://psdtuts.com good tutorials http://www.good-tutorials.com/ read this via RSS every day and I know I've seen tutorials for Photoshop modified face. They will not necessarily specific for PS4, but should go in the right direction.
